Jen Ross
Jen is a Canadian, who has lived in Edinburgh since 1997. Her background is in literature and publishing. She specialises in the editorial, structural and technical aspects of web design and computing. She is an experienced web researcher, and also works as a research associate and learning technologist at the University of Edinburgh. She is currently working towards a PhD in the field of e-learning.

Louise Tait
Louise's focus is on design, layout and graphics, as well as training and support. She has worked in a number of social research and computer support posts. In addition to her computer related work, she is also a gestalt therapist in private practice. Both of us share an interest in usability and a belief in the principles of good design. Our emphasis as a company is on customer support. We work hard to provide an approachable, friendly and professional service to all of our clients.
