A good site must be easy for visitors to use

Clear, consistent design and navigation should be the foundation of every web site. We also believe web sites should be accessible to as many visitors as possible.

You can expect us to be:

• respectful and thoughtful;

• open and receptive to your ideas;

• available to answer all of your questions;

• honest and straightforward - if there is a problem or we don't feel something is working, we will tell you about it;

• available after the initial brief is fulfilled - to make major or minor changes or additions to your site.
